My responsabilities as a member
Conduct an initial review of policies, the collective agreement, and local provisions.
Write to my union promptly when an issue arises, including all details: full name, contact information, job title, employee number, and department.
Attend general assemblies and participate in union-organized events. This helps me stay informed, receive necessary information, and actively participate in improving my working conditions.
Get involved in processes aimed at improving problematic situations. I should not expect the union to fully resolve issues on my behalf, but rather take part in the change.
